Bhaskar Sivva, Co-founder and Managing Director of Tidy Touch Facilities Pvt. Ltd., brings extensive experience in integrated facility management, operations, and business development. Since co-founding the company in July 2023, he has played a key role in building its operational systems and driving growth from 1 to over 2,000 employees and from 1 to 50+ clients across five states: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Maharashtra. His previous leadership experience at Dusters Total Solution Services, Apotex Research, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Sodexo has strengthened his expertise in operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client relationships, and strategic growth. As Managing Director, he is focused on expanding Tidy Touch’s market presence, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering reliable, professional Integrated Facility Management Services across industries.
